melodear-cli は開発・検証用。GUI でできることを CLI から確かめたり、まとめて処理したりするのに使う。実行は cargo run -p melodear-cli -- --library "X:\Music" <コマンド>。各コマンドの引数は --help が正本で、ここは索引。
